Daha önce de birçok kez ortak çalışmalarda bulunduğumuz Başlangıç Noktası ekibi ile Coronathon Türkiye’de de işbirliği yaptık.
AI Ethics Lab olarak Coronathon Türkiye’ye verdiğimiz destek kapsamında, kazanan 12 projeye etik danışmanlık sunduk ve projeleri etik açıdan değerlendirdik.
Süreç, yapay zeka ve etik alanında uzman ekibimizin proje başvuru protokollerini değerlendirmesi ile başladı. Ilk değerlendirmelerin gruplara iletilmesinin ardından her grup ile 45 dakikalık görüşmeler yapıldı ve projelerdeki etik riskler belirlendi. Bu riskleri ortadan kaldırmak için olası fikirler ile birlikte proje gruplarına son hali verilmiş etik risk değerlendirmeleri iletildi.

Following up our numerous collaborations in the past with Başlangıç Noktası, we provided the ethics component for their Coronathon Turkey initiative.
As AI Ethics Lab, we contributed to the initiative by offering ethics consultation to the 12 projects that won grants.
The process started by evaluating the proposals that the teams have initially submitted. After our team of experts in AI and ethics completed their initial ethics evaluation, they conducted 45 minutes interviews with each team. During those interviews, ethics risks of each project were determined and their possible solutions were discussed. After interviews, our team re-analyzed the projects and concluded their final evaluation indicating the existing and possible ethical risks that each project poses. The final evaluations were sent to the project teams for their use and referral.
